- Black-owned business (51%+ ownership)
- Operating for at least 6 months
- Located in the Pensacola MSA or surrounding counties
- Annual revenue under $500,000
- Registered business entity (LLC, S-Corp, Sole Proprietor, etc.)
- Not currently in bankruptcy proceedings
